Sporty active shorts with a concealed snap button. Stretch waistband with woven-in HAKRO logo, zip fastener, and belt loops. Stretch waistband features a tone-on-tone woven HAKRO logo, zip fastener, and belt loops. Slide-in side pockets and back pockets with concealed zip fasteners. Left thigh pocket has a reflective application, zip fastener, and zip garage; right leg includes an elaborately crafted cargo pocket with integrated reflective tape. All zip fasteners are by YKK®. Elastic, robust 4-way stretch material. Reinforced inserts at the knees and back are made from ripstop material, with a reinforced stitch closure in a contrasting anthracite colour. We distinguish between three cut variants for our models: Comfort Fit, Regular Fit and Body Fit.
Models with an extra-comfortable, casual fit are characterised by a casual cut, sit loosely on the body and offer plenty of scope and freedom of movement.
Our classic fit. The body silhouette is slightly emphasised by a discreet cut, yet the models offer sufficient freedom of movement.
Close-fitting and with a slight waistline, our fashionable fit is in line with the trend for a slim silhouette.
With the right garment finishing, plain T-shirts, polo shirts and jackets become unique corporate clothing. The quality and evenness of the surface of the material to be finished is also crucial for a perfect result. By the way, when developing our cuts, we also place special emphasis on good placement possibilities. This also makes unusual solutions possible with motifs on sleeves, shoulders, collars or necks.
Different variations of screen printing offer a wide variety of design possibilities and an almost unlimited colour spectrum. Photographic motifs and colour gradients can also be realised using screen printing. The colours have a very high resistance to light and weather influences. With this process, even large quantities can be finished cost-effectively.
Embroidery is the noblest and most durable form of garment finishing. It is suitable for almost all materials and backgrounds. The image of the embroidery motif is first digitalised and then embroidered on the most modern multi-head embroidery machines. There are over 500 different coloured embroidery threads to choose from. Up to 15 colours can be processed simultaneously during one embroidery process.
With this technique, it is also possible to reproduce the finest colour gradients and photos. The colours are pre-printed on backing paper using screen printing machines. The motif is then transferred to the fabric under pressure and heat using a transfer press. As soon as the adhesive of the top layer has cooled down, the backing film can be removed and the motif remains on the textile. The print has a slightly rubberised feel and forms a closed, air-impermeable surface.
